information for individuals who visit AV Masters Web site. AV
Masters is committed to taking reasonable steps to protect

is collected, how it is collected, how it may be used, and how you

Online Registration (Request a

AV Masters maintains a list of email
addresses for purposes of periodically sending notices via email to
people who have elected to receive them. These notices may be new
equipment announcements; newsletters, special discount
announcements, related product information or other items which AV
Masters believes will be of interest to participants. Additions to
the list are by Opt-in only, that is, participants must have
voluntarily supplied information to AV Masters. The information
collected and maintained is an individual's email address, and
optionally their first and last name. AV Masters collects
information for the email list in the following ways:
- Online registration through the
Web site
- Tradeshow leads which were
supplied by individuals directly to AV Masters
- Customer orders for service,
either online or via telephone order
These methods are not all-inclusive
and AV Masters may at some time use other methods. In all cases, AV
Masters will update the opt-in database only with information
voluntarily supplied by individuals. The information supplied to AV
Masters may be maintained on other servers not owned by AV Masters,
as AV Masters will at times use outside vendors to manage the email
database and email distribution.
Individuals wishing to be removed
from the opt-in database may do so in the following ways:

email address that must be removed.

Use of Cookies
A cookie is a small piece of data
placed on a visitor's computer when certain portions of the site are
visited. A cookie contains information that identifies individuals
so that AV Masters can analyze use of the site and make changes to
better suit the needs of visitors. Some cookies also enable AV
Masters to recognize return visitors and enhance their user
experience. Individuals who do not wish to receive cookies can
configure their browsers to post a warning when the Web site server
is sending a cookie. Visitors can then refuse cookies on a case by
case basis. As an alternative, individuals can configure their

any part of the AV Masters Web site.

AV Masters does not share or
otherwise distribute any information collected online by AV Masters
with third parties. In the future, should assets of AV Masters that
